okay so I know that technically Tenzin is one year older than Lin, but I really like the idea of Toph and Katara being pregnant at the same time

yes, when they were kids. we haven't seen adult katara and toph together yet. I like to think that while Toph was a shortie as a kid, she grew up into a very tall strong woman.

No, Lin would be the youngest of them all, so it doesn't matter. According to the avatar wiki she is 50 and Tenzin 51 in LOK.
I'm assuming Kya, Bumi and Tenzin are each two years apart...
